Climbing to New Heights

We’re always talking about the flexibility of our Key Clamp and steel tube systems, but nowhere was this better illustrated than with this bespoke climbing frame project.

The Problem

We were approached by a customer looking for help designing and building a unique bespoke climbing frame in the garden for their children.

The customer had seen key clamps on our website and thought they would be ideal and sought out our expert team for advice.

The Solution

We worked closely with the customer to provide advice on which clamps to use, providing a fully itemised quote that included powder coating for a more attractive finish. This also included the cost of cutting the steel tube.

Once agreed, we cut the tube to the right lengths before sending it off to our powder coaters. The fittings themselves kept their galvanised steel finish for an industrial flair.

The Result

Within just two weeks from the initial enquiry, the customer received their fully powder-coated components and was able to build the system themselves with just an Allen key.

The customer was delighted and we agree that the final product looks fantastic.
