A mezzanine pallet gate that lets goods move up to or down from a mezzanine or raised working surface without leaving the edge open, used in warehouses, logistics centres and loading bays. The extra wide model takes wider pallets, up to 1.4m x 1.9m and up to 1.6m high.
For pallets up to 1.5m x 2.0m and 2.5m high, choose the model with weights. For a 1.4m x 1.48m footprint, see the standard model.

Sizes are the maximum pallet the model accepts. Measure your largest pallet including the load.
Features
- Edge never left open. One side of the gate is always closed, so the opening stays guarded while pallets are loaded and unloaded.
- Counterbalanced. A positive open and close action makes the gate easier to operate.
- No welded parts. Built from tubular fittings, so a damaged part can be repaired and the gate kept in use.
- Adjustable width. Adjusts in width to suit the opening.
- Fits existing guardrail. Fits new guardrail or retro-fits to existing mezzanine guardrail and barriers, with no welding. Supplied part assembled.
- Low maintenance. A minimal number of moving parts keeps maintenance down.
- Aluminium. The extra wide model is made in aluminium.
Standards and Testing
The range is compliant with EN 14122-3 requirements. It has been cycle tested for 50,000 openings and salt spray tested for 672 hours for corrosion resistance. If your specification calls up a particular standard, send it with your enquiry and we will confirm what the gate meets.
Often Used With
Pallet gates fit new or existing mezzanine guardrail. If the guardrail around the opening needs extending, build it from key clamp fittings and galvanised tube, cut to length free. For people, add self-closing safety gates; for ladder tops, see full height gates.
