The Problem
We were approached by a customer who manufactures bespoke wood-fired pizza ovens, looking for a trolley solution for transporting their oven to shows and events.
Having done their own research, it became apparent that there was no solution on the market suitable for them, due to the size and dimensions of the oven, so they began to seek out bespoke solutions. That’s when they found us.
The challenge was building a trolley that was both robust enough to hold the weight of the oven, whilst still being light enough and mobile enough to move from event to event, potentially across grass and uneven surfaces.
The Solution
After the customer got in touch, they came to visit our site, where they worked with one of our expert designers to mock up the perfect Key Clamp trolley solution for their needs.
We were then able to pick the right components for the job off-the-shelf and cut all tube for them free of charge. With key clamps, steel tube, and the addition of a few simple castors, the customer now had the perfect trolley for their needs.
The Result
As you can see in the pictures, this was a truly unique project and we were happy to be a part of it. With this robust, mobile trolley, the customer is able to move their oven between venues, sharing their passion for pizza with everyone.
